Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe was born in France. Her best-known role is her role as anti-heroine Bondgirl Severine in Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond movie. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. She appeared in the French comedy Un the joy n'arrive not even with Sophie Marceau although not appearing in the credits. Additionally, she is a brand ambassador of Omega Watches. Berenice from French Chinese and Cambodian origin was born in Paris France on May 19 1979. Her father was Chinese as is her mother French. She comes from the middle class family with both a Chinese-Cambodian background. Her mother is a former teacher and her father is a medical doctor. When she was a kid in Paris she was fascinated by art and spent much of her days playing piano and painting. Passionate about music and art dominated her and influenced her work and aspirations. Jack Waltzer's workshop was an inspiration for her work. she fell in love with acting and it developed into a new love for her. Following this discovery she completed her 10 years studying at the eminent Paris Conservatory. Once she was done with school after which she began auditioning for film roles. She landed her very first film part on the screen in The Discordance 2007 shortly after. In the early stages of her career, she was having problems securing roles to increase her standing. The presence of the character in films proved to be influential. A majority of the top movie producers and agents they contacted ended up dismissing her for lack of knowledge.
