Dina Meyer is a New York native who was raised within Forest Hills Queens. She relocated to Dix Hills Long Island just before she finished her junior high. Her siblings include an older brother whose name is Gregory as well as a younger sibling named Evan. When she was between the ages of 9 and 16 Her first introduction to the business world was when she began modeling. Ron Stetson was her teacher at The Neighborhood Playhouse where she was studying the acting of Sanford Meisner techniques for three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among other actors who received such training. The first film she appeared in was Beverly Hills 90210 which forced her to make the move to Los Angeles. Her debut role was Johnny Mnemonic. She did every stunt in the movie, and it established her as an athlete as well as an actress.
